News Alert!

This weekend Kissy Sell Out played a new Kissy Klub version of Barefoot Truth's Cinimin Summer. This song and band have the makings of something really special. Cinimin Summer released in 2005 definitely went under the radar. We at RMR would like to salute you Mr. Kissy its time was due.

Sing Along

Last month we informed you of the new Robyn single and since then hype is really starting to build. Amazing to think who Robyn was to us in the 90's and how influential she has now become to getting electronic music mainstream. Makes me think anythings possible. Who knows maybe Right Said Fred will make a reappearance...in which case we won't be blogging about it.

Here's the facts:

1)2010 will see Robyn release not one, not two, but three albums.
2)Body Talk PT 1, will be released on June 14th with the single Dancing On My Own released the same day.
3)Diplo, Royksopp, Kleerup, and Klas Ahlund have worked on these projects.
4)Robyn said that "the songs that are on the first album are simply the first ones that were finished.
5)The prevalent theme on the album is "technology versus humanity"

Marina & The Diamonds

The single "I Am Not A Robot" by Marina & The Diamonds is sweeping the web in remixes and videos. The latest video is one shot on the streets of L.A. and is said to be used for her tour. You don't get much better than watching a singer just walk down the streets singing.... especially when she's a bird ghost.
